I’ve been a big fan of the Gloria Jean’s Coffee franchise since their introduction to South Africa and is one of the many good brands to come out of Australia. It is a brew of passion, community and commitment to delivering the highest quality coffee to their guests. They have a great model, well run stores even to the point of making sure they capture your name in the order process so that you can be greeted personally when your drink or confectionery of choice is ready. I’ve always enjoyed this personal touch.
I’ve been commissioned to capture the essence of Gloria Jean’s Coffee in South Africa, from the store setup to the barista process to their service of great cafe food on the go.
