I had prepared the artwork and layout of this magazine to be ready for print in time for an audio visual presentation that I presented to the Westville Camera Club on Tuesday 13 July 2010. This magazine had a resoundingly successful response and feedback I received regarding the quality was humbling. I took 10 copies to the presentation but I could have taken 50 and it would not have been enough as they were snatched up quickly! There were numerous folks who approached me in the break and asked if I had any more. The Glimpse magazine was obviously a huge success being a different take on a normal interior deĢcor magazine as the twist with this particular one is that it’s a conversational account provided from the photographer’s perspective.
For those who missed out and wish to get your hands on a copy, email on grant@grantpitcher.com or post a comment on this blog post with your details and I’ll arrange a copy delivered to you. Watch this space – something more may come of it.
Hey, ja ja, I’d love a copy being one of the unfortunates not having been able to get across the room at the Westville Camera Club meeting to grab a copy this week. It was almost a bit like open sale-morning at Woolworths for the chicks…!
It’d be great if you could turn this into a quarterly magazine of some sorts funded by advertising space…?
Regards,
Dennis
