This new development, officially completed and signage up in March of 2015, is located on the corner of Umhlanga Rocks Drive and Kikembe Drive in Umhlanga Ridge. It consolidates most of the Durban FNB business offerings into one 4 Star Green Rated building with uninterrupted panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and the Durban Bay in the distance.
“The development of this new building, called FNB Acacia House, represents a significant milestone for our group in KZN. This is an extension of our continued commitment to investing in the development of the city and region, creating much-needed jobs in line with the government’s employment development and social upliftment agenda,” said FirstRand boss Sizwe Nxasana. The complex is named FNB Acacia House and is a regional office for FNB, RMB and other divisions within the group.
It was an honour to showcase this sensational location for Bentel Associates, the architectural mastermind behind the development for First National Bank with the principal contractor being WBHO Construction.
